The Short Haired Dachshund origin goes as far back as accent Egypt. In the 20th century the Dachshund were a creation of German breeders and includes elements of German, French, English hounds and terriers. The aristocratic Dachshund is a bit mischievous by nature.
 
Dachshunds have been a favorite of royal courts all over Europe. This includes the court of Queen Victoria, who was particularly enamored of the breed. A soft rose flower is placed the heart is a symbol to show how we love them unconditionally as member of our famlies.
